Gučio story – Cataract treatment

In the photo, you can see 7-year-old Yorkshire Terrier Gucci.

Gucci was diagnosed with cataracts at our clinic, and cataract surgery was performed on both eyes, including the implantation of 2 artificial silicone lenses.

In the “after” photo, you can see how Gucci’s eyes look the day after surgery – the visual difference is obvious. Today, the little dog is already 3 weeks post-surgery, feels good, and can see, although the protective cone he has to wear up to 4 weeks after surgery is causing some minor daily inconveniences. Not much longer to go, Gucci!
