1. In the price list, a minimum and maximum fee is set for each operation and procedure, determined by the complexity of the specific case, the surgical technique used, the patient’s size, and the cost of medications. The owner is preliminarily informed about the treatment costs in advance, and the exact price is communicated after the operation.
2. During the on-call doctor’s working hours (Mon-Fri 20:00-9:00, Sat-Sun 17:00-9:00), an additional fee of 100 EUR applies for treatment and procedures.
3. The veterinarian has the right to take a deposit from the animal’s owner for reusable tools used during treatment (screws, plates, etc.) to ensure their return.
4. When performing diagnostic tests, laboratory examinations, therapeutic procedures, or surgeries not listed in the price list, the veterinarian charges a fee based on an agreement with the animal’s owner. The fee should be comparable to similar procedures specified in the price list.
5. If operations or procedures need to be repeated due to the pet owner’s negligence or lack of care, they will be carried out at the rates specified in the price list.
