Bella’s story – bladder cancer

We have known our Whippet Bella for all of her 13 years, as she has been visiting our clinic since she was very small. Unfortunately, her visit in February was not a routine one – her owners brought Bella in due to urinating blood. An ultrasound of the bladder revealed a tumor, and she was diagnosed with bladder carcinoma. Treatment was applied: the tumor was successfully removed surgically, chemotherapy was administered, and today we can already celebrate that the cancer has been successfully overcome!
